The China Health and Wellness Residential and Service Industry Expo and the First Health and Wellness Consumption Festival is the first national health and wellness "conference + exhibition + sales" integrated event, hosted by the China Real Estate Association, Taihu New City Group, and China Overseas Property.

This event focuses on the development of the health and wellness residential and service industry, inviting government leaders, renowned experts, and industry representatives from the political, production, academic, research, and user fields to conduct industry research, industrial development, and technical exchanges.
