The World Internet of Things Expo was founded in 2016 and is co-hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the People's Government of Jiangsu Province, organized by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangsu Province and the People's Government of Wuxi City. It is the most well-known and influential professional event in the global IoT field, aiming to showcase the rapidly evolving achievements of China's IoT industry to the world and promote the integrated development of the global IoT industry.
To thoroughly implement the important deployment of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on accelerating the development of IoT and the digital economy, to build a new growth engine of new generation information technology, and to further strengthen the construction of digital Wuxi, the 2023 IoT Expo will be designed as a whole around "conferences, exhibitions, competitions, applications, talents, performances", with an overall structure that can be summarized as "1+1+N". This includes one World IoT Wuxi Summit, one IoT application and product exhibition, and N series of related activities, making every effort to create an international exchange and cooperation platform in the IoT field, an industry trend release platform, a technology display and trading platform, an industrial development investment platform, and a high-end talent gathering platform.
