
This "International Month" and International Cherry Blossom Week event will focus on five major fields: cultural education, sports competitions, economic and trade industries, scientific and technological talents, and social undertakings. It will host more than 30 activities in a centralized, large-scale, and diversified manner, including negotiation and docking, exhibition display, and interactive experiences. It will also spotlight the signing of international economic and trade projects with a total investment exceeding 3 billion USD in fields such as hydrogen energy storage, photovoltaic technology, and the third-generation semiconductor, marking a new chapter in the city's ongoing efforts to promote international cooperation and exchange in "industry + finance + science and innovation + talent." More than ten senior diplomats from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, consular officials from countries including Japan, the United Kingdom, France, Norway, Vietnam, Denmark, and Ireland stationed in Shanghai, a delegation of Hong Kong entrepreneurs, and representatives from business associations, business institutions, and international investment enterprises from 29 countries and regions in China, nearly 400 people in total, will participate in this event.
